Precautions for using EK4Q ATS:
1. The 220V ATS should not be used with a voltage below 185V, otherwise the coil may burn out.

2. The 110V ATS should not be used with a voltage below 90V, otherwise the coil may burn out.

3. The switch cannot be manually switched to automatic mode, otherwise the coil may burn out.

3.4P ATS ensures correct phase sequence connection; otherwise, the contacts could burn out.

General

The VSQ2-2P/63G automatic transfer switch is a PC-class, infrequent-change switch with a two-station design (A for main power and B for standby). It is suitable for AC systems with 50-60 Hz AC and a rated current of 6A-63A. The main function of the automatic transfer switch is that when the main power supply (common power supply A) fails, the ATS will automatically switch to the backup power supply (backup power supply B) to continue operating (switching speed <50 milliseconds), effectively resolving problems caused by power outages.

When both A and B are powered, priority is given to using power A.

NOTE:

1. Manual/automatic operation can guarantee the opening and closing performance of the electrically operated switch, but in manual operation, there is no guarantee due to varying opening/closing speeds. Excessive loss of the silver alloy is possible during manual operation. Therefore, the selector switch should only be pulled to the manual position after all power has been disconnected for inspection and maintenance of the operating system and coordinates.

2. Normally, pull the selector switch to the electrically operated position. When manual operation is required, pull the selector switch to the manual position. Once manual operation is complete, pull the selector switch from the manual position to the automatic position.

The TSE control circuit is immediately energized. Once the changeover is complete, the internal switch will damage the coil in the control circuit, and the coil can operate normally between 85% and 110% of its rated operating voltage. Insufficient input voltage can cause the coil to overheat and burn out.

Caution! During manual operation, the mode selector switch must be in the "manual" position.
