SCOPE :

This website www.sesdz.com belonging to the company Smart electric solutions, with share capital 380,000.00 DA, registered with RC N° 27/00-39642332A20 , whose head office is located at: ILOT G25 N11 Kharouba - Mostaganem.

Hereinafter referred to: Smart electric solutions.

These general conditions of sale "GTC" are established between Smart electric solutions and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase.

 Smart electric solutions reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale.

In this case the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the customer.

The general conditions of sale will be applicable as soon as they are put online.

The articles below are established in accordance with the regulations in force in Algeria.

1. OBJECT :

These general conditions of sale aim to define the terms of sale between Smart electric solutions and its customers from the time of ordering until after-sales service.

These general conditions of sale apply exclusively between the owner of the site (identified in the legal notices of the site and hereinafter referred to as "We") and any person making a purchase via the site.

Placing an order on the site www.sesdz.com implies your full and unreserved acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

You must therefore read these general conditions of sale carefully, print them out and keep a copy.

2. FORMATION OF THE ONLINE CONTRACT:

You declare that you are at least 19 years old (in accordance with Article 40 of the Civil Code) and have the legal capacity allowing you to place an order on the Site.

Before starting to benefit from our sales and delivery services, you must first create an account on the site to allow us to take charge of the order.

All of the fields you are going to fill in must be correct. You remain the sole master of the declarations you make and you take full responsibility for the data you enter. However, your registration does not oblige you to make a purchase. You are and will remain the sole owner of the account.

You agree to provide us with accurate and reliable information, thereby enabling us to perform all of our contractual obligations. We cannot be held liable in the event that the information you have provided turns out to be false or incomplete. In this case or in the event of default of payment or any other irregularities on your account, we reserve the right to cancel your order and / or to delete your user account.

We inform you by email when your products have been sent. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order and thus forms the sales contract between You and Us.

3. PRODUCTS:

The products are presented using descriptive sheets and photographed on the Site with the greatest possible accuracy.

These photographs cannot however ensure a perfect similarity with the product, in particular as regards the colors.

The differences may result from the color quality of the photographs, from the difficulty of showing the rendering of the materials on the screen or even, without being exhaustive, from the technical adaptation.

These differences can in no way be interpreted as lack of conformity and result in the cancellation of the sale.

4. YOUR ORDER:

Ordering the product (s) you select will follow the process described below.

4.1 Placing your order:

4.3 Validation:

You declare that you have read and accepted these general conditions of sale before placing your order. The validation by you of your order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT:

5.1 Price:

The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in Algerian Dinars, all taxes included, and are valid only on the site, excluding shipping costs.

You will be billed for the products ordered on the basis of the rate in effect on the site at the time the order is placed.

5.2 Payment:

You can pay for your purchases by:

    Postal or bank check duly completed, signed and made payable to smart electric solutions , and must be deposited with us at the store or head office.

    Write on the back of the check the number of the customer order contained in the order confirmation email received in advance.

    Transfer or payment in the name of sesdz to one of the following bank / postal accounts:

6. DELIVERY:

6.1 The products ordered will be delivered by AGEM / Taxi, within 24 working hours (concerning Mostaganem and its surroundings,) and for the rest of the country by the delivery company yalidin according to the deadlines mentioned on the site: www.yalidin.com working days (for the rest of the territory, indicate by), from the date of receipt of your payment. We indicate to you, before the validation of the order, the deadline on which we undertake to deliver your order.

However, in the event of force majeure, such as disruption or natural disaster, our responsibility cannot, under any circumstances, be incurred in the event of late delivery.

7. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS:

Upon receipt of your products By Yalidin you must sign a delivery slip "acknowledgment of receipt". You can make the necessary reservations, detailed and legible, as precise as possible in the event of anomalies observed (breakages; damage; non-compliance product error, different color and / or dimensions; missing, etc.). We will not be held responsible for damage resulting from the use of the products that does not comply with the prescriptions provided for in the instructions and accompanying documents.

We also have a Telephone Assistance service available to provide you with information and advice on products 5 days a week.

The warranty may vary depending on the characteristics of the products ‘3 months, 6 months, 12 months or more. This guarantee covers the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden manufacturing defects "quality guarantee", in accordance with Algerian law; in particular Ordinance No. 75/58 of September 26, 1975 on the Civil Code, amended and supplemented.

You must state the specific reasons for return in writing by returning the complete product (s) to us in their original packaging as well as all their accessories.

A functional guarantee, in the sense of being put into operation, is granted for a period of 48 hours. The product with this defect is exchanged, on the condition that the buyer returns it within this period.

This warranty period runs from the date of delivery duly noted on the product warranty certificate and / or delivery note.

The warranty is subject to presentation of the warranty certificate duly authenticated by the dealer.

The warranty conditions are specified in the warranty certificate, as provided by the producer of the product.

The parts and labor warranty by the after-sales service designated by the seller is not provided free of charge during the warranty coverage period in the following cases:

    • Breakage, deterioration of the product due to a fall or others.

    • Attempt to repair or manipulate the product by persons or third party service other than the after-sales service designated by the seller.

The functional guarantee or the repair commitment by the after-sales service for breakdowns, excludes the costs of transport and travel to home or to the place of domicile of the after-sales service, which costs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All texts, images, brands and databases integrated on the site www.sesdz.com are protected by intellectual property and copyright.

Any reproduction or total or partial representation of the site www.sesdz.com is strictly prohibited.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION:

These general conditions of sale and use are subject to Algerian law.

In the event of a dispute, the Algiers court will have territorial jurisdiction to rule on the dispute, in accordance with Algerian law.
